Up for sale is a neat antique butter stamp. This woodenware piece is neat because of the butter stamp design which looks like strawberry leaves. Dates to around 1850-1875. Originally found in the Shenandoah Virginia area in the 1940s-50s by a local dealer. Cool object. The valley stuff is always desirable. Neat form with a longer and thinner than normal handle. Good patina. Better than the photos show.

Stamp is about 2 and 3/4 inches across. Stamp is about 4 and half inches long from the front to the tip of the handle.

Nice condition. No breaks. No repairs. Good patina. Some shrinkage lines but nothing major. Small chip / flea bite out of the side of the stamp. Also not major. Nothing really distracting, mostly just age and usage related wear. See photos and video.
