This vacuum is 9 lbs, and is SELLER REFURBISHED, which means, I have cleaned and sanitized all aspects of this machine, completely dissasembled this, inspected each part for wear and replaced if necessary. This machine has the following:

Please note, this vacuum is made for low pile carpet. Returns will NOT be accepted for not knowing your own carpet pile, and blaming a vacuum that was never made to clean high pile carpet.
