In good condition for its age.Some minor surface rust on the very bottom.Please look over the pictures closely, this is the exact item you will be receiving. Item is used so some wear is to be expected. I did loosen and swivel the tubular piece for shipping purposes.You will have to re-adjust it before you install it on your vehicle.See last photo.
