1. This is a POE IP camera, must connect with Ethernet cable to your router or NVR.
2. The POE IP camera can be Powered Over Ethernet cable only when it is connected with POE Injector/Switch.
3. Please use SD-micro Class-10, UHS-1 or higher high speed Micro SD card for the POE IP camera!
4. If you add the POE camera to your NVR, then you can't remote view it on CamHi CamHipro app!

Also, you can connect the security camera with your NVR and save files to the hard drive.. A: This is a POE(Power Over Ethernet) IP camera, please connect this IP camera with Ethernet cable to your router or NVR.
Q: Can I add this outdoor security camera on my NVR/DVR?
A: Yes, this 5MP POE camera works with most NVR/DVR, not all.
Q: Does the security camera support Audio? If yes, why the POE camera doesn't work on my NVR?
A: Yes, this POE security camera supports 2 way audio. When you use the two way audio on your NVR, please check your NVR whether supports two way audio first. If your NVR supports two way audio, please check the microphone and speaker setting, make sure they are on.
Q: Why I can't see image when add this POE camera on my NVR?
A: That's because the default setting of this 5MP POE camera is higher, please change the video coding to H.264, if still not working, please change the Sub stream to 640*480.
Q: Can I set the POE camera to record on my NVR?
A: Yes, you can set the 5MP POE camera to record all day on your NVR. And the 5MP POE IP camera supports to record motion detection on some NVR.
Q: Does this POE camera work with Danale app?
A: No, this 5MP POE camera is SV3C HX series camera, it works with SV3C HiP2P PC software, Browser view, CamHi and CamHipro app, also some other third party software.
Q: Can I connect this IP camera on Blue Iris, iSpy?
A: Yes, you can add and view the camera on Blue Iris, iSpy.
Q: Can I use the two-way audio of this POE camera on Blue Iris, iSpy?
A: The two-way audio function of this POE IP camera only works on Blue Iris, doesn't work on iSpy. And you need to turn on the microphone and speaker setting on Blue Iris to make it work.
Q: Can I connect and view the POE security camera on Edge or Firefox?
A: Yes, you can. The new 5MP POE camera supports HTML5, it means you can view the camera without Flash or Active-X plugin, just load the camera on browsers Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge via the camera IP address, then you can view the camera.
