This gorgeous vase has a repousse design with Water Irises, Bulrushes, Pond Lily . Registered design 365800.    Height 6 1/2".  This has a weight base, but the silver itself is not thin, it is thick and solid, sturdy sterling.  It is not that thin sort that impresses easily.  I cannot see any damage.  It just needs a proper clean.  It was black as black.  I soaked it in a warm soapy water and rubbed the dirt off.  It took ages.  It still needs a lot of finer work with cotton bugs etc to clean all areas.  An impressive piece.  Well made.  As per photos.
