Set of 2 / you get one blue and one pink

Size says SMALL but I am calling these XS because they are TINY!  The same size is shown on my 4 lb Shih Tzu puppy in the Live Photos. It measures 9" long and approx. 14" around in girth. 

Probably would not fit a dog that weighs much more than 6 lbs.
