I am able to receive AM radio signals at 1390AM and 1320AM on a local radio station and my CB antenna.

The Preselector Tune is stuck and from what I have been able to tell it needs to be taken apart, cleaned and lubed and it should function fine. Due to that issue, I was not able to get any other frequencies as it's required to adjust it to get different frequency ranges. I also do not have a lot of active radio users near me either.  

Works both plugged in and on battery. This will probably need a cleaning as you will have to take it apart to get the preselector tune to work anyways. everything else seems to work and function as it should from what I could tell.
