This scope ,which was the best scope money could buy for many years has a sticky body - a common issue from deterioration of the rubber coating. It can be cleaned off with alcohol gel. This issue doesn't affect the user while the scope is in the padded Skua case.

It also has a blemish inside the body - showing as a tiny black blob on the ? prism  [see last two photos].This can only be seen when the eyepiece is removed.

The bright and sharp image provided by the scope is outstanding and not impaired by the above issues.

The focus wheel is light and smooth.

There is no haze or dust within the body.

There are no scratches or obvious wear to the lenses.

I am reliably informed that this scope's performance is only marginally surpassed by current Kowa models costing some £2000.

Comes with 32x widefield eyepiece and Lowepro bag.

The padded case has cosmetic signs of wear not affecting functionality [the scope body is waterproof].
