Vintage 1940s Tlaquepaque Mexico Folk Art Blue & Cream (white) Ceramic Bowl.
Blue floral and fern hand-painted design on cream white background. Horizontal blue stripes at top rim, inside and out, at bottom of design, and around bottom pedestal. Solid cream color on inside.
Measures 10 inches in diameter at top and 4.55 inches tall.
Overall in very good condition. No cracks or large chips. Small chips around edges and inside bowl, and mottled discoloration inside bowl, typical of bowl of this age. Slight iridescent sheen to exterior glaze.
