Brass name plat on top states that the trunk was made for a specific piece of equipment from the Western Electric Company Inc. installation department (equipment number ITE-2502)

Trunk is stenciled with “DELICATE APPARATUS HANDLE WITH CARE”

Old shipping labels on bottom

Trunk, hinges, and latch are in solid condition

Leather handle is solid and in good condition

Scuffs and surface rust on outside from age and use

Trunk is completely empty. Internal padding has been removed

Locking clasp is missing (visible in the pictures)
