EDISON GRAND OPERA SERIES NUMBERS 29001 TO 29005

This set is very hard to come by in any condition.

All five 4 minute blue Amberol Records are in perfect condition and come in their original boxes with proper lids.

THREE OF THESE BOXES HAVE THE VERY SCARCE GRAND OPERA RED BAND

29005 has the original information slip enclosed!

NB - These Blue Amberol Grand Opera Series were also released in the Royal Purple series with the same numbers.

These records look like they have never been played. In fact I have never played them!

HISTORICAL NOTE: These five recordings by Bonci are "live recordings", IE they were recorded directly onto the master by Bonci himself in the Edison studio. All other Royal Purple records 29006 to 29077 were dubbed from Diamond Discs, much to the annoyance of music collectors and critics of the time.
