This one might just be out of your Grandma's bathroom.  Handmade toilet paper cozy, white with green ruffle trim and a yellow flower on top. Pretty sure it is vintage.  Measures 9.5" across with flat ruffle and approximately 4" tall.  Roll of toilet paper not included. Freshly laundered.
