Wind up ceramic alarm clock swan and signet - non working

Size (approx.): 15cm tall x 17.7cm wide

Condition:  Used . Ceramic in good condition. Have wound clock and set time ok. However, it didn't start.

Alarm goes off ok. 

Therefore selling as non-working for decoration or repair.
