I purchased the bag without the straps and wore it as a tote and never thought of using it any other way. However, the bag is equipped with gold metal clasps on either side and be worn crossbody if you choose to attach a strap of your choice. There are plenty of trendy strap designs that would look great with this bag. Straps are also available for purchase through Campomaggi if desired.
