These balloons can be Air or helium filled
 (Weight, Ribbon, Helium & Straw are Not included)

Most local party stores or florists
 will helium fill for a small charge

Please note that each word/image will be seperate and some may be folded but not on the vinyl for easy postage

ie you will receive 3 decals - Happy (1), Birthday(2) Name (3) you then have the option to apply them how you require.

Shipping:

We offer next working day dispatch if orders are placed before 12pm please note that orders  placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. 

Our postage method we use is Royal Mail and offer a free delivery 2nd class if you would like this sent 1st Class there is a small fee (50p) which you can add in your order.
