We currently offer standard and express shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. All international parcels are sent with tracking and signature on delivery as standard.

As the customer, you are responsible for checking you country’s customs and duty tax restrictions. Australia the Gift is not liable for any import duties, penalties, delays or confiscation you may incur as part your country’s legislation.

Please keep this in mind when ordering large quantities of goods and or potentially restricted items such as wool, food, fur and wood products.

Customers sending items overseas as gifts, please note that due to customs regulations Australia The Gift are required to include a tax invoice on the parcel to avoid delays, additional charges or destruction of the parcel.

For international returns involving no faulty or damaged items, no shipping fees will be refunded, only the price of the goods returned will be refunded.

All items carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect.

In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a $10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.

Conditions:

- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on products or any garments where the packaging has been damaged.
- Australia the Gift is not responsible for the for freight costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Australia the Gift will cover any postage costs.
- No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned but are not deemed faulty. In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
- Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco smoke.
