Beautiful Hand Dyed Blue Satin 1920s Evening Dress. Rucching in Central front and Back and on the sides. Lovely embellishment of silk ribbon and pearl on the front.

Condition. Good for its age age. I had a tear and strains that were sewn and covered with a lovely vintage tulle embroidered apliques on the back and 3 pinholes on the bottom area covered with the same embroidered tulle. There is like a brownish stain like oxide on one side on de hip. Watch pictures carefully before purchase.

Measurements: Bust 23" - Waist 28" - Lenght 42"

For your reference the mannequin is a women size Medium and it’s measurements are:

Bust: 88 cm / 34.64”

Waist: 66 cm / 25.98”

Hips: 90 cm / 35.43”

The model is a size Small and her Measurements are:

Bust: 81.28 cm / 32

Waist: 68.58 cm / 27”

Hips: 88.9 cm / 35”

Hips: 90 cm / 35.43”

It was a tight on the bust for the manequin. Please watch pictures. I guess out would fit better an XS.

Would Fit: Size XS . The model is a Size Small and the buttons where tight as you can see in the pictures. Antique hand made items differ to standard sizes.A good method is to measure a similar item that fits and compare. Vintage sizes usually run smaller.

I sell Vintage and Antique Clothing and I would say anything before 30s should be treated with care and worn with care. Mostly these items will be fragile especially 20s silk or Edwardian very fine Muslin. Some can not handle stress and will tear easily. Should be bought a size bigger where possible or should be a little loose on.
