The drivers all work perfectly and after listening to these speakers for several hours, I can honesty say they are some of the best bookshelf speakers I have ever heard. They are very neutral and non-fatiguing to listen to, and yet have crystal clear highs and great imaging. The bass is solid and tight and goes below where most speakers of equivalent size will play. I personally would rate these speakers very highly but don't take my word for it. Get on the internet and read a few of the rave reviews of these speakers.

Cosmetically these speakers are in very good condition. The wood sides and back are nearly perfect. There are a few scuffs on the bottom. The tops are made of a hard rubberized plastic that has some marks on them. Also the top edge of one of the grill covers shows signs of wear. Please look carefully at all pictures and judge the condition of the speakers for yourself.

Please note that one of the tweeter/woofer binding straps was missing from the back of one of the speakers. It has been replaced with a copper wire and is fully functional. These straps would all be removed if you wished to bi-amp the speakers.
