This listing is for both the A and B unit drawings shown in the photographs.

Around 20 years ago I was fortunate enough to purchase these drawings from a person who saved them from being tossed after Santa Fe Industries vacated one of their offices. The actual original drawings were created by Santa Fe back in 1952 and were then carefully reproduced in limited quantities to be hung in some of their offices.

Note that these are archive quality prints, most likely produced on an offset printing press.  Each print was personally inspected, and it appears that around 20 of each were made (if I interpreted the codes correctly). I’ve never seen another set offered for sale.

I took a couple of drafting classes back in the 1960’s and I remember specifically the instructor harping on the necessity of equal line weight. Whoever Mr. Hale was, he certainly learned that lesson. His drafting skills were impeccable.

These have never been displayed since leaving the Santa Fe offices.

I have also listed the E6 locomotive set.

I will ship these USPS with full insurance.
