Description

For auction is this beautiful 1908 Ten Dollar Silver Certificate often referred to as the "Tombstone." This rare note is Fr.304 with the signature combination of Parker and Burke. In our opinion this ultra rare note is a Strong Very Fine.  It is super crisp with no rips, tears or pinholes. It features razor sharp edges, full even margins and excellent color. The Tombstone is one of the scarcest notes in the hobby, especially in this higher grade!! You will love this rare note!! It features a tombstone shaped vignette of former Vice President Thomas A. Hendricks who served from only March of 1885 till November of 1885 when he died in office. So look at our large size scans, check our 100% positive feedback and make this stunning note part of your currency portfolio!!
