You are bidding on a vintage Postcard

This one is titled: " BLACKFEET INDIAN SHOWING HIS NEWLY ACQUIRED WAR BONNET - P120 "

Printed on the back: Blackfeet (Siksika) -- the origin of the name is disputed, but it is believed to have reference to the discoloring of their mocassins by the ashes of the prairie fires. It may also have reference to black painted moccasins, such as were worn by the Pawnee, Sihasapa, and other tribes.

Actual postcard image is sharper and more detailed than online image.
