Delivery and Tracking   We normally need 1 working day following the date of receipt of payment to process an order before it enters the mail system.

Working Days   Saturday, Sunday and all Public Holidays are NOT working days

Land Rover Shows and Exhibitions 

We are also closed during most of the major Land Rover Show exhibitions.

Warehouse staff will not be able to despatch at these times.

Priority Ordering      If you need an item urgently (such as a breakdown or an imminent MOT) please select First Class or the Express Delivery option under Postage

 Holiday Periods     Please be patient during and after a holiday period (such as Easter, Summer Bank Holiday, Christmas and New Year) when there could be some delays in despatch.  There are also delays with deliveries in certain areas as the mail services deal with their backlog.

Confirmation of Despatch  You’ll receive an e-mail when the item has been posted or has been collected by the carrier (Please make sure that your correct e-mail address is registered with eBay.)

Please provide a telephone number for carrier deliveries outside the U.K.  (Some carriers will not deliver without this number. This will slow down the dispatch of your parcel.)

Tracking Your Order   Please allow from the date of despatch 7 working days for U.K. deliveries ,14 working days for deliveries within Europe and 21 working days outside Europe (Some buyers have unrealistic expectations about how much time it can take for payment, shipping and delivery, especially by independent carriers.  Your patience is appreciated, especially during busy holiday periods.)

Please double check that the item is not still sitting in your local sorting office before instigating an undelivered claim

Please contact us first by e-mail or telephone if a parcel has not arrived rather than make a hasty complaint through eBay or Paypal

Refunds    If any item proves NOT to be one you required, then please return it, unused, in its original box or wrapping, for a full refund of the purchase price.      Our address for returns is printed on the Packing Slip.

We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded, unless we have delivered incorrectly or the item is faulty.

We can only exchange or make a refund once the original item has been returned.  

We advise that items are returned by recorded mail.    Please make sure that the correct postage is applied.  Underpaid items usually remain at the post office for up to three weeks before being returned to the sender.

If an item has to be re-addressed, then we ask for the additional postage cost to be paid before it is despatched.

Please beware grubby finger and oily marks because it makes it difficult to resell the item.

Feedback   Please leave a 5* positive feedback once the item is safely received.  Our feedback then follows automatically for you. In line with the policy of the majority of eBay Sellers we leave automatic Feedback after the Buyer has left a Feedback.    In this way we know that the Buyer is satisfied and that if there has been a problem then we have resolved it
