Baby Size: It is 9” inches long. Wide elastic waistband with a Velcro closure. The waist can go from a 16” to 19” inches comfortably.
Toddler size 1yr to 3T: It is 12” inches long. Wide elastic waistband with a Velcro closure. The waist can go from a 18” to 20” inches comfortably. In the photo the mannequin is wearing a t-shirt, the petticoat is not attached to a top of any kind –just a petticoat.
Girl’s 4 - 8 years: It is 15” inches long. Wide elastic waistband with a Velcro closure. The waist can go from a 19” to 22” inches comfortably.
Girl’s 7-12 years: It is 20” inches long. Draw string waist. The waist can go from a teeny tiny up to 28” inches comfortably.
Just right for adding fullness under a long or short dress, for babies on up to about 3/4 years old. The mannequin in the photo is 30” inches tall if that helps.
