Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. All goods should be in their original packaging in unused condition. Returns will be refunded less postage costs unless it was a fault on our part. Refunds will be given by the same payment method at the original payment was received.

Please obtain proof of postage for returns as we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post. We recommend that they are sent back recorded delivery as Royal Mail loses millions of parcels and letters every year.  We will not refund on items that have obviously be worn, have make-up on them or are just stuffed into the packaging. We have to be able to resell these products so expect them to return to us in the same condition that they were received.
