Our 11 x 12 inches tall black perpetual plaque features a pewter color heavy resin oval hockey plate at the top with three dimensional graphics and high gloss color accents.  This awesome oval also holds an engraving plate for your league or team information.  12 individual black brass tags with gold trim are included and allow you to record your past and current champion's names and dates. Engraving on the oval plaque and 1st tag if desired is included upon purchase at no additional charge.  Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at $2.00 each.
