Our 11 x 12 black perpetual plaque features a heavy resin oval golf break thru plate at the top with three dimensional graphics and high gloss color accents.  This awesome oval also holds an engraving plate for your league or team information.  12 individual black brass tags with gold trim are included and allow you to record your past and current champion's names and dates. Engraving on the oval plaque and 1st tag if desired is included upon purchase at no additional charge.  Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at $2.00 each.  In future years, you are welcome to mail in your next tag to have it engraved to match your previous winners.  The cost is $5.00 and includes return mailing.  An instruction sheet will be included with your shipment.  Please contact us when you are ready to have your next tag engraved and we will gladly walk you through it.

Matching oval individual plaques are available as an award each champion can keep themselves.  Please contact us for individual plaque pricing.  This award is shown in male golf but is also available in female golf.  Should no gender be given upon order, male will be sent as shown in the auction.
