Howard G. Low Company Catalogue
Utica, N.Y.
Undated, possibly 1930s or early 1940s

This is an undated four-page illustrated catalogue for The Howard G. Low Company, of 71 Genesee Street, in Utica, N.Y., which was incorporated in 1927 as a wholesale outlet for plumbing and heating supplies, although as noted with this catalogue, they appear to have expanded to "Highest Quality Plumbing and Heating Materials and Supplies at Wholesale Prices to Retail Buyers." Howard G. Low himself died in January 1944, but in an obituary [New York Time, January 18, 1944] he was called the "former president, treasurer and general manager of Howard G. Low Company, Inc., of Utica, wholesale dealers in plumbing, heating, and diary supplies." Not sure when they began selling diary products, but they are not mentioned in this catalogue. Also not certain whether the business was still active at the time of Low's death nor whether it continued to be active after January 1944. The business was advertising as late as 1941.
Among the items offered for sale were the "Everett" Tub; the "Revere" Sink; the "combination sink faucet"; "Beveled Faucet Washers"; "Flange Bibb"; "Compression Bibb"; "Plumber's Friend"; and "Venetian Mirrors."
