WE SHIP WITH UPS (primarily) AND sometimes FEDEX GROUND and do not ship outside the Contiguous USA, no exceptions.  We are sorry but we do not ship to Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, or to countries outside the USA except for Canada. WE do not ship with the USPS - no exceptions.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, sorry.

We are closed evenings, weekends and major holidays but typically will respond to emails.

If you place an order after hours or on the weekend, you may not receive a response from us until the next business day.  We do not send automated responses.

We respond to all orders paid with Paypal by sending instructions directly to your email account associated with your Paypal account so you can send your print ready files to us.  If you do not receive instructions within 1 day (we usually respond within 1 hour of receiving your Paypal payment, please check your SPAM folder first and if you still do not find an email from us, please contact us through the ebay messaging system.  Once received, we will verify your file(s) and send back PDF proofs for your approval, usually within just a few hours.  We will not place your job into production until we receive your approval by email.  We will correct minor issues at no extra cost.  We will also send production confirmation typically within 2-4 hours of receiving your approval, at the latest, the next business day (depends on the time of day you approve).  If you do not receive a confirmation of production by the next business day, please please contact us through the ebay messaging system so we can confirm we received your approval.

This auction is for 1000 premium quality postcards, 4" x 6" in size, with or without full bleeds, printed one side or two.   Our postcards are printed on premium ultra heavyweight 16pt gloss card stock with UV lamination for an extra nice ultra high glossy finish.  We can also print them with a matte finish if you prefer, or one side with UV and one side without.  If you do not want both sides with UV lamination, please email us prior to placing your order.

We will print 1000 postcards for you from your artwork in full color, both sides as per your supplied artwork.  All our printing is done on a real printing press with a very high quality 500 lpi ultra fine line screen for incredible detail and sharpness without seeing 'dot patterns' as are typical of less quality 133 line screen printing.  WE DO NOT SELL DIGITAL COPIES. We are happy to mail samples if you like - just contact us by phone or email.

Upon winning this auction and completion of payment through Paypal, we will email you confirmation of receipt of your payment and request that you email us your print ready artwork (artwork that is 100% ready for printing and needs no setup at all).  We can accept any file format that can be opened with Photoshop such as psd, pdf, tiff, jpg, etc. - resolution must be 300dpi.  Business cards with bleeds must be 1/8" oversize and have crop marks.  If you are not sure what this means, contact us for an explanation and we will provide illustrated instructions of how the file needs to be set up. You can use the eBay message system.

Upon winning this auction and completion of payment through Paypal, please email us your print ready artwork (artwork that is 100% ready for printing and needs no setup at all).  We can accept any file format that can be opened with Photoshop such as psd, pdf, tiff, jpg, etc. - resolution must be 300dpi. YOU MUST SEND TWO FILES, ONE FOR THE FRONT AND ONE FOR THE BACK. THE FILES NAMES MUST CLEARLY INDICATE 'FRONT' AND BACK' in the file names. The image size for artwork for postcards with without bleeds should be exactly 4 " x 6".  The image size for artwork for postcards WITH BLEEDS must be at least 4 1/8" x 6 1/8" (1/8" oversize).  We will automatically trim the artwork back 1/16" on each edge, so you end up with a final size of 4" x 6."    Or you can send a file with crop marks with the artwork extended at least 1/16" beyond the crop marks.  If you are not sure what any of this means, contact us BEFORE making your purchase for an explanation and we will provide illustrated instructions of how the file needs to be set up. Use the ebay message system to get in touch with us.   If you do not know how to setup your file for bleeds or need us to assist you with it, there is a $12 fee to do so.

VERY IMPORTANT:  When sending your files, please included your Paypal name in your email so we can match up your artwork to your Paypal payment.  Also, we only ship to the verified Paypal address included in with your Paypal payment - no exceptions.

Upon receipt of your print ready files, we will check them and email you a proof and order confirmation.  You will then need to email us back your confirmation that everything is correct.  We will not print until you confirm the order.  Turnaround for printing is typically 2-4 days from the day we receive your approval.  Shipping time varies but is typically 2-4 days anywhere in the country.

Don't have artwork or don't have print ready files?   We can create the necessary artwork for a flat rate of just $46 additional.  This is for real typesetting custom designed exactly as you want the artwork to look and NOT an online business card design program with stock graphics and templates.  We offer true typesetting and graphic arts.  If you need artwork created, add $46 when making your Paypal payment and email us with specific instructions.  We will email you a proof and will not print until you give us your final OK.  (Please note that custom drawn illustrations are not included in this flat rate artwork fee.) And you need to provide all the wording, photos and illustrations that you want to be included. We can provide images and do illustrations, but there is an extra fee. This is custom quoted and you need to contact us in advance for a correct quote.
