A: Yes, for your convenience we include a Recovery Partition with Windows image with easy to follow steps. You can also call our techs to walk you through it as well.

Q: I want to return my computer what do I do?
A: First, check if it is past 14 days. Second, request a return by going to your purchase history and third, send it back to us at the address indicated. In some cases a restocking fee does apply, if you are unsure please give us a call.

A: All returns will be returned with original packaging materials and in undamged condition, untampered. Restocking fee will be applied in accordance to Ebay returns policy.

Technical Support is limited to original hardware and equipment operating system software installed by the seller. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as peripheral and/or software installation assistance. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
