If you've ever been up all night worrying and wondering where you could find a nice set of "accordion style full length fork gaiters" to replace those stock little scrapers (part # 97-4002) on your OIF, (OIL IN FRAME) Triumph or BSA or your 1972 Triumph/BSA Triple, here is the solution! This listing is for one pair of rubber fork gaiters, to fit the OIF (Oil In Frame) Triumph and BSA motorcycles produced from 1971-1972. This would include the BSA A65 , B50, B25 and the Triumph T120 650cc models. These will also work on the 1972 Triumph Trident 750 and the 1972 BSA Rocket 3. Basically, if your OIF model or 1972 Triple (1973 Series 1 Trident) uses left and right hand chrome wire brackets to hold the flat back headlamp in place, these full gaiters are the ticket. No more worn fork tubes!!! Also included are four (4) low profile black nylon heat resistant tie wraps to complete your installation in a cool looking fashion.
The resting length of the gaiters is approx. 7.5 ". They will expand to 12" easily and compress to 3". Resting small side ID is 1.25 " (1 1/4") , resting large side ID is 1.625" ( 1 5/8") both ID's will expand or contract.
