If one of our products ever fails you due to manufacturing defect, Please return the goods its original packaging upon receipt the cartridge. We will test the goods and if proven faulty a replacement will be dispatched on the same day. However if the goods prove to be of sell able quality than postage fee will be applied for return goods.
