Crafted into Petal shapes this sweet little Tutu will make any little girl into the sweetest little girl around.
Made in such a way as to create depth & fullness.
There is A Flower detail on the front & A double Bow with Satin Ribbon on the back.
Made with an elasticated waist band this Tutu will fit measurements 15 inches (un-stretched) up to 30 inches (at full stretch).
Overall length to longest Petal tip is 9 inches.
