One of the nicest shoe catalogs I've seen.  This one advertises Crawford Shoes, which were made in NYC and Brockton, MA.  It measures 4.5" x 7" and contains 32 pages.  The left hand side of most of the double pages is similar to the 2nd and 3rd scan above - they show the shoes of various countries and time periods.  Among those left hand side pictures, we have the shoes of Cracow, Indian Moccasins, those of Henry VIII, those of Charles I, the Japanese, those of Alfred the Great, the Dutch, and many more.  On the right hand side of the page, there are two different shoe styles - similar to the 4th picture above.  It really is a wonderful piece!
