This will also allow you to feel the hair and the colour can be visually inspected. Contact us if the hair is not suited or colour is not right as we can refund or exchange.

Due to hygienic reasons we will only exchange or refund items that have gold bindings intact as this indicates the hair has not been worn

Send the hair back to the return address on the satchel along with a note with your eBay username, once we receive the hair we will notify you and organise a refund minus $10
