This is a beautiful DOONEY & BOURKE Blouse Top Shirt. It has a stretchy gathered knit bust top and sheer color block/multi colored bottom and sleeves. The front is lined. There are NO Dooney & Bourke clothes items on ebay and are super hard to find since the line has been discontinued. It has no size or material tags. Its in overall great condition, a couple minor pulls or marks, but nothing super noticeable-
