This DVD really helped me to 'psych up' my combat skills. Psychology has a lot to do when it comes to fighting, and it should never be underestimated. In this Russian Spetsnaz DVD, Vadim Starov explains a lot about psychological influence in a combat, and how to use it in a real combat situation. I recommend this Russian Spetsnaz DVD to everyone who is interested in systema fighting, and interested in psychology. This DVD is a really good combo with the self-development DVDs of Vadim Starov. Not only i do these exercises to improve my combat skills, but I feel more relaxed and confident now.

I expected practical instructions on how to hypnotize people on the spot and make them fall without touching them, but there is only theory. This Spetsnaz DVD is a great theoretical lecture on human abilities and psyche, so I recommend it to psychotherapist and everybody interested in human awareness.

This Russian Spetsnaz DVD about No Contact combat is a very interesting!!! It will give you a great introduction to the topic of no contact. You will learn about a human mind and how you can influence it. Similar methods are used to develop the warrior spirit. How to defeat the enemy with my mind is something that I like to practice. I believe it is a way of using several elements: body language, voice, eyesight and energy to control the subconsciousness of your opponent. Other systems also use that technique. But, in my opinion, Vadim Starov describes it much better in this DVD.

No Contact Combat is a very interesting subject. It can also be used as a study for students Psychology. The thought of no-contact combat has always been about diffusing the situation. This Russian Spetsnaz dvd brings the concept into a literal reality! This isn't seen in almost any other system out there.

More advanced here. A lot of good stuff!! This is really a must-have DVD, in my opinion. The physical techniques are fundamental and the psychological concept is really a whole new level. This No Contact Combat video is perfect!!
