DOMESTIC UK : Standard shipping is royal mail second class but we also offer first class or next day via a courrier service too. You can select which service you'd like when you pay.
INTERNATIONAL : Standard international shipping is by Royal mail Airmail (untracked). We also offer a tracked service which costs £6 more per shipment. We really recommend selecting a tracked international service to all destinations outside Europe and also to Italy where we have had many delivery issues.

Terms of Sale & Returns

All our wetsuits and watersports equipment come with a one year guarantee against any manufacturing faults, however all items must be cared for in the appropriate manner. If any item seems faulty return it to us for replacement. We are very confident in the quality of our wetsuits and all products. If you buy any of our products and just decide you don't like it, we will offer a full refund (excluding postage) if returned in new condition within 30 days. If you buy something and it's the wrong size we will exchange it for you no problem. To avoid getting the wrong size please let us help you decide what size you need and make sure give you us accurate information. Because we sell direct, at below retail prices, you will have to cover all additional postage costs. Note - products cannot be exchanged / refunded if they have been used. You can, of course, try an item on, but it must not be used in the sea or similar.

Based in North Cornwall, North Coast Wetsuits are a British original brand that has been established since 2004. We are a small family run business and avid players in the sea ourselves. We are fully independent and specialise in wetsuits and associated water sports / surfing products. We design and import all our own branded stock lines and work with a number of long established outsourced contract manufacturers that are industry leaders. This offers us guaranteed levels of service and quality. Come see us at our showroom on the B3314 between Wadebridge and Polzeath. The showroom is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm most days but it's best to give us a call first to check we have what you want to try or see. Weekend and evening appointments may be possible if you contact us first.
