All Our Item Are Sent By Royal Mail:

Royal Mail deliver an excellent service and most items will be with you in 1-3 working days but there can be delays from time to time . Some of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you're not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office.

NOT ALL POSTMEN LEAVE CARDS!

We are happy to resend any lost item (usually after 10 working days) but we ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check it's not been left there – 95% of our missing parcels are left in sorting offices!

International Postage

All Our Item Are Sent By Royal Mail International Small Packet

Royal Mail Small Packet service will see most items will be with you in 6-10 working days but can take up to 20 working days so please give it plenty of time. Some of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you're not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office.

Items sent by International Signed For or Airsure should be with you in the EU in 3-5 working days but there can also be delays
