Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. We do not guarantee availability of the item after 3 days.

Goods will be shipped form our UK warehouse once funds have cleared Using Royal mail or a couriered service (if this service is selected). Additional postage charges will be added for European postage.
Our standard UK service is a Royal Mail 48 service which we use for our Free Shipping option. Royal Mail advise that this service usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive but this is not guaranteed and can sometimes take a little longer. This service is not tracked.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you buy your consumer rights are.
1. You have the right to cancel the sale at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the goods.
2. To exercise your right of cancellation you must submit a request in writing within the 14 days of receiving the good(s). Notification by telephone will not constitute a formal request.
3. If you exercise you right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods back to us at your own expense. The goods and the original packaging must be returned to the address shown below. You must take care to package the goods and ensure they are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in transit.
4. If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum of the cost of recovering the goods and postage.
Refunds can take between 7-10 days to process after receipt of the item.
Please note that the buyer pays for the return postage which is non-refundable.
