Our specialty is in our flexible self adhesive magnets which we die cut right here in our factory in Devon, UK. These are perfect for light crafting activities, paper crafts and making your own fridge magnets. You can turn photos into instant fridge magnets, make your business cards magnetic, we even have a specially cut self adhesive magnet for making your own magnetic bookmarks.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY POLICY

All items purchased from our store are sent out between Monday to Friday before 1pm and pretty much all UK postage is FREE because we're cool like that.

Unlike most other sellers, the cost of our First Class postage is affordable, so it's worth checking out...

If you order after 1pm and still want it despatched urgently that day, let us know and we'll see what we can do to get it out, but we can't make any promises!

UK CUSTOMERS

This Free delivery option is sent using Royal Mail's 48 service (Second Class)  and they aim to deliver it within 2-3 working days, however it can sometimes take up to 5 working days to arrive. Due to this, we do ask that customers wait 5 business days for their item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after 5 business days have gone, then please let us know and we'll be happy to help you out.

We're super-duper quick getting your post out ourselves, but we cannot guarantee a specific date for delivery as it's then in the hands of Royal Mail or whichever delivery company was used. So please bear this in mind when reading any of the "estimated delivery dates" on marketplaces because they're a load of old tosh!

Nothing is ever too heavy for The Magnet Shop.

Special delivery is available for £6.95 up to 5kg and must be paid for at the time of purchase using the options available at the checkout. Items ordered for Next Day Delivery on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday as the courier is not magic, unlike us, and cannot deliver on a Saturday without more money. So 'Next Day Saturday' delivery is available but it's expensive, so please enquire if you're a Desperate Dan and need some magnets in a mental hurry, we'll be glad to help!


CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF 'UK MAINLAND':

An additional cost MAY be required for items exceeding 2KG that are going to the more remote parts of the UK (such as Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). We can usually find a way around this though, it's just in some cases we may have to ask for additional funds, especially if you're ordering a lot of stuff. We Primarily use Royal Mail and they are okay delivering to all of the UK if it's under 2KG. We will contact you via email to let you know and request the additional costs through. We really will only do this if we have to though, and it's very very rare.

Please contact us if you have any queries on these potential surcharges before purchasing the item. If a surcharge is required, then we will not be able to ship your item until the additional funds have been paid to us.

We understand the area outside the UK Mainland is interpreted differently by certain couriers, so if you're unsure about your location please contact us to find out.

We can probably offer Next Day to these places but you'd have to enquire first.

We will only ship to the address you provide unless you tell us otherwise and await our confirmation. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this at the checkout before confirming payment. If you need to change the address let us know before 3pm and we will try to change it before it's dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Standard International Shipping is sent via a 5-day air freight service, but as it has to go through customs clearance, you can expect delivery up to 10 days after you have paid us. This delivery time is not a guarantee and is largely dependant on your country's postal service. Due to this, we do ask that customers wait 10 business days for their item to arrive. If it hasn't arrived after 10 business days have gone, then please let us know and we'll be happy to help you out.

Many countries impose a value added tax (VAT) and duty on imports, which is charged when an item crosses their border. The charges are made at the discretion of the receiving country and any tax levied is not our responsibility. Please take the time research this before making your purchase.

As International Shipping is not Free, combined shipping may be offered. Please request a total before making payment.

• You can set one up easy. Just read the info below:
• Customers enter their name and postal address.
• They're prompted for their credit card details, email address and phone number
• (Optional) After reviewing their information, they can choose to save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster!! Yay!!

RETURNS POLICY

We have a thirty(30) day money back guarantee.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it. But it must be within the first fourteen (14) days of you receiving the item(s).

Please use the form on the 'Contact Us' page to get in touch with us, stating the product you wish to return, the date you bought it and, if you would like to exchange, your preferred replacement product.

Once we have all of your details on our system, we will respond to you with full details of how to return your item. This helps us to deal with your return more quickly, as we know what it is and who sent it at the time of its arrival to our warehouse.

Please mark the outside of your packing box with your order number, but DO NOT write on the actual product itself. Please package the products well, as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by mis-handling. Once we have your goods, we will either ship you the replacement, or refund your card.

It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its unopened original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
