All items are shipped from our Georgia Warehouse. We pride ourselves on fast shipping to ensure you receive your item in a timely manner. We strive to ship purchases within 48 hours of payment clearing. All payments received after 12pm on Friday will ship on Monday morning.
We are video game collectors, and as such we ensure your item is packaged and shipped in a manner so that your item arrives in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. Once the item leaves our hands, it is up to the post office to safely deliver it. Please consider shipping insurance against loss or damage if this is a concern.
Please note the USPS determines approximate shipping times based on service. Below is an approximate appropriate wait time between when we ship your item and when you should see it arrive. These times obviously are subject to change based on USPS, and unfortunately we do not have any control over the package once it leaves our warehouse. Times listed below are for the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses require more time.

All non working parts and AS IS consoles are sold AS IS Where Is. No returns will be accepted on these items unless special exceptions have been previously discussed and agreed upon. All other return information can be found in the Returns section of the listing. All payments are expected promptly after auctions end. Non paying bidder notices and claims will be filed automatically after 7 consecutive days of non-payment.
