Who keeps the box anyway?

Our extensive range of top branded perfumes, cosmetics, hair care products and gift sets may have some damage to the packaging but the item itself is brand new..

The damage (to the box only) may include but is not limited to, being:

-  Scratched

-  Squashed

-  Marked

-  Slightly ripped

-  Without cellophane (where the brand would use cellophane)

No product is the same in terms of damage:  some may look absolutely faultless and some may feature scratches on the outer-packaging  -  we will always endeavour to send you the product with the least damage.

All our products are 100% genuine, purchased from authorised channels. We take extra care in our posting and packaging so your order arrives to your destination incredibly safely and quickly as well.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Please note we will not accept a return for a refund or replacement if the item has been used or is returned to us in a non-resalable condition.  If a product is returned to us in a non-resalable condition, a 25% disposal charge will be made and this will be calculated from the cost of the product.

Please open a returns request within eBay and post it back to us.

Please obtain a receipt from the post office when returning an item as the parcel may get lost in transit, the receipt will then be used as proof of postage. If you do not have proof of postage and the parcel does go missing in transit, unfortunately this is not our responsibility and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

 

All returned goods will be refunded or exchanged, providing they have not been used or damaged, within 2 working days of receiving the return. If it is not clearly stated whether a refund or replacement is preferred, a refund will automatically be issued.
