We offer 12 month warranty on all new items. And we offer 24 month warranty on all new O.E.M items.
Items which are faulty or unwanted can be returned back to us within 7 days for a full refund provided items are in their original packaging and unopened and will be subject to handling fees. If opened and original packing is damaged then it is in our discretion to weather the buyer receives a full refund. If items are returned to us because there is no one available to accept the delivery any re-delivery charges incurred will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Our items are dispatched with the same or the next day depending on the levels of stock. And we deliver to UK mainland but offer worldwide shipping on a large quantity of our shock. If items don’t arrive in the estimated delivery time then we will contact the delivery company and keep the buyer up to date. If items are lost in transaction then we will put a claim in and have another sent to as soon as possible.
Payment accepted is PayPal as it is the safest and fastest way for us the seller and the buyer to do a transaction. All items can be collected from our premises and postage costs will be discounted.
