STONE: SERPENTINITE

SIZE: average 20 to 40 grams each

ORIGINATION: BRAZIL

COLOR: Light green with dark green with dry
bright yellow green with dark green when wet or polished

This is from Minas Gerais in Brazil. The other sellers that charge you more because it's from "Italy" are lying to you.
This is the exact same stone and we buy from the exact same distributor.
They've just made up a name and called it "green dragon serpentine" and say it's from Italy so they can charge more.
It's not serpentine, and neither is theirs. It's serpentinite. Big difference.

If you know beads, this stone is very similar to New Jade, a Chinese serpentine.
I had trouble getting a photo to show the richness of the color when wet

The stones in the photo are representative of the stones you will receive. Your stones will be chosen from the same shipment the stones in the photo are from.

The stones in the photo are WET to show how they will appear after polishing.
Dry stones are not as bright.

Please be aware that natural stones are seldom perfect; they have growth marks, cavities or misshapen areas where they grew against other crystals, inclusions of other minerals, cloudy areas, chips from being mined with heavy tools, all kinds of things happen. I try to take good photos and I also try to let you know if there's an obvious defect.

It then can take five to six weeks to go through the customs process and be delivered to you.
