Personalized Irish Celtic Knot Doormat

Your guests will feel welcome and loved when they are greeted by this Irish themed doormat. Whether coming over for St. Patrick's Day, or for any day of the year, this decorative door mat will greet them with a stained glass-like design with a Celtic Knot in the center. The top reads, "An Irish Welcome From" and the bottom may be personalized with your custom text (up to 30 characters) in the lettering shown. This mat is available in your choice of two sizes: 18” x 24” or 24” x 36”. Both are safe for outdoor or indoor use, but we recommend indoor use. This welcome doormat is 1/8” fleece smooth with latex action backing and white bound edging. This is not a thick doormat, but a decorative doormat!

Order Processing Time: Please allow 3-6 business days for production plus shipping time. With economy shipping, your doormat should arrive within 2 - 2.5 weeks. The standard shipping includes a production rush and typically arrives within 3-6 business. We also have an expedited option, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

Payment Information:

PayPal: Immediate payment is required. We will ship to the confirmed address provided by your PayPal account.

Credit by Phone: We accept Visa or Mastercard payment by phone on a case-by-case basis with prior approval from seller. PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

Shipping Information:

Multiple Items: Please contact us if you want to purchase multiple items for a shipping quote. We can usually combine multiple items into a single box to save you money!

Shipping Method: Economy shipping (delivery in approximately 2 weeks), Standard Service (delivery in 3-5 days), or Expedited Service (delivery in 2-3 days)

Handling/Processing Time: Orders are shipping within 2-4 business days of payment to allow time for production. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping is in addition to processing. 

International Shipping: Please contact seller for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with international shipments.

Return Policy:

Damaged Items: All of our items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, if something should arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise and we will issue credit or send replacements. Please note we may request a picture to verify the damage claim. No claims will be accepted after 5 days.

Returns: We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and instructions. Please return the merchandise within 10 days of receipt. We will refund your payment minus any shipping & handling charges and a 10% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. We will not accept any unauthorized returns or packages not marked with the RAC. All sales are final for personalized, embroidered or custom items. 

Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable (no exceptions) and the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
