We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date. Returned items must be in unused/unopen condition. We cannot accept returns of items that are partially used. Due to safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrance oils that the seal has been broken on. To receive a refund, the item must be in new condition and identical to the item that you received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is found to be defective. 

Fragrance oils can vary from different manufacturers, and may not be identical to the item you purchased from a different company.
