Shipping, Handling Time & Custom Duties
Handling Time: Order handling time is 1 to 7 business days as item is made to order only. We will contact customer immediately if there is any order delay.
Shipping: Estimate delivery time is 5 to 7 business days (international excluding custom clearance speed varies in countries.
Shipping Rates: Shipping in the USA & worldwide countries via USPS or UPS or other
Shipment Tracking: We will update the tracking number on ebay once the package is shipped. You may track the package at ups.com.
Custom Duties: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Our customer service office is located in California, US and our factory is located in Taiwan. To enhance the freshness of the battery packs, all battery packs are made to order only. Batteries are made in our factory in Taiwan.

RMA: We offer 30 days return policy with Money Back Guarantee and FREE 1-Year Warranty for replacement starting from the invoice date. Return item must be assigned with RMA #. RMA number is valid for 14 days only and we must receive the return item within the 14 days. The RMA number should be included on the return package. Any returned item without RMA will become our property and we are not responsible for the refund or replacement for such returned item. A brief description about the nature of problem accompanying the return merchandise will be helpful. Please email us to obtain a RMA number. Please read the following for more details of Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
30 days return policy with Money Back Guarantee: We accept return within 30 days starting from the invoice date with Money Back Guarantee. Buyer pays for return shipping and reshipping fee (only applicable for item exchange). Return item must be in original condition and refund will be given as Money Back minus shipping cost. Item purchased with FREE Shipping will be refunded the item cost, excluding original shipping cost. For eg: A return item that was bought for $50 with FREE Shipping, will receive a refund of $40 only as the original shipping cost was $10. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to return item that was not in original condition.
FREE 1-Year Warranty: We offer FREE 1-Year Warranty for replacement starting from the invoice date. Buyer pays for return shipping and reshipping fee for replacement. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover defects caused by alteration, modification, repair, misuse of product or physical abuse of product. Any permanent markings on product will void the warranty. Defective product will only be replaced after the original product is returned and evaluated. Return battery must retain 80% or higher of the specified battery capacity (mAh) to qualify for warranty replacement.
NOTE: US customers may return RMA item(s) to our US office. Other non-US customers will have to contact us to determine the RMA return address.
