Generally Suggested Use: This pure Aspartame powder is very concentrate sweet. 1 gram of the powder equal to about 0.44 pounds sugar; 28 gram (1 oz) of the powder equal to about 12 pounds sugar. Since the dose is so small for your sweet purpose, its calorie can be negligible. 

To take 1/32 teaspoon of this powder (about 35mg) mix in food products, drinks, or beverage; or take out some amount as desired and mix into water to dilute its sweet intensity. If you want to accurately weigh the dose amount, an accurate balance (0.01g-1g) is recommended. The ADI (Acceptable Daily Intake) for aspartame has been set 50mg per kilogram ( mg/kg) of body weight. Do not exceed 3.0 g per day.

Aspartame's components separate when heated over time, resulting in loss of sweetness. Therefore, aspartame is not recommended  for use in recipes requiring lengthy heating or baking.

Aspartame is a dipeptide which is composed of amino acid methyl ester aspartic acid and phenylalanine. Aspartame is consumed by over 200 million people around the world and is found in more than 6,000 products, such as Sugar substitute tablets, breakfast cereals, chewing gum, dry bases for beverages, instant coffee and tea beverages, gelatins, puddings, fillings, and dairy product analog toppings, ready-to-serve nonalcoholic flavored beverages, tea beverages, fruit juice based drinks where food standards permit such use, fruit flavored drinks and ades, imitation fruit flavored drinks and ades, frozen stick-type confections and novelties, breath mints, hard and soft candy, refrigerated ready-to-serve gelatins, puddings, and fillings, fruit wine beverages with EtOH <7%, yogurt-type products where aspratame is added after pasteurization and culturing, refrigerated flavored milk beverages, frozen desserts, frostings, toppings, fillings, glazes and icings for precooled baked goods, frozen, ready-to-thaw-and-eat cheesecakes, fruit and fruit toppings, frozen dairy and nondairy frostings, toppings, and fillings, fruit spreads, fruit toppings, and fruit syrups, malt beverages with <7% EtOH and containing fruit juice, baked goods and baking mixes 0.5 wt.-% of ready-to bake products or of finished formulation and prior to baking. In the United States, aspartame is used as a food additive. The safety of aspartame has been affirmed by the U.S. FDA 26 times in the past 23 years. FDA has concluded that aspartame is safe as a general purpose sweetener in food.

Note: Because Aspartame’s breakdown products include phenylalanine, aspartame must be avoided by people with the genetic condition phenylketonuria (PKU).

International shipping carrier is USA Postal Service (USPS). This low shipping fee which we collect for international shipping is only for regular postal international shipping service. If you want a tracking number (especially for high value products), you can spend additional US$12 cost for extra Register Mail Service, then you can get a Registration tracking number.

We always ship out international order as soon as possible once all the conditions are clear. The international delivery time is variable from anywhere of 2 to 6 weeks, sometimes even longer time, depends on your country’s Customs Checking and Clearance situations, and Postal Service conditions.
