This is a replacement main motor to fit the following Sebo vacuum cleaners:  

  • Sebo X1 (see notes below - not if Lamb/Ametek fitted))
  • Sebo X1.1
  • Sebo X4
  • Sebo X5
  • Sebo XP2

Please note:

  • Technical note: This motor is for machines fitted with belt number 5463. If your machine has the same Domel motor type but is fitted with belt number 5379 you need to swap over the top belt drive pulley cog from your old motor.
  • This motor is 1200w and replaces both 1100w and 1300w Sebo motor variants.  
  • Do not buy this item without diagnosing your machine correctly - we do not want to waste time dealing with returns due to your misdiagnosis.
  • This motor DOES NOT replace early X1 Ametek 117818-08 or Lamb 818-08 motors fitted to very early X1 machines despite looking very similar. 
  • Although a new item, we are unable to offer a warranty on these as we are unable to verify the expertise of the fitter, the surrounding components or see the usage environment.
  • Please note this part is a non genuine compatible spare part and the manufacturers’ names and part numbers have been used for reference purposes only.
  • This is a 220-240v motor for UK, Europe, South Africa and Australia - it WILL NOT suit USA and Canadian machines.
