Delivery and Dispatch
As you will see in this listing, you are buying this item with Free P&P. However, despite this we still DISPATCH your battery the SAME DAY if we receive your order from Ebay by 3.00 pm on that day.
Now, this means that there is a very good chance that you will receive the  goods within 3 days. The Royal Mail are usually very good and most goods are received within five WORKING days of dispatch.
However, this is NOT guaranteed and this relies on us receiving, from PayPal, when you place your order, a valid, properly qualified postal address. We cannot be  held responsible for delays in you receiving goods if the address  supplied is incorrect, ambiguous or formatted in such a way to cause  confusion.
Also, if there is some other delay in delivery by the  Royal Mail, it is beyond our control. We will only re-ship goods once  the Royal Mail have regarded the item lost, which is 15 WORKING DAYS after the dispatch date. This means that you will have to wait that  period in case the goods turn up. Please, please do not lose patience  with us because Royal Mail haven't delivered your goods. We will have  dispatched them in good time. We will have told you via email when this  was happening. If there is a problem with delivery caused by the Royal  Mail then please work with us to sort the problem. Don't email us  demanding more goods to be dispatched and threaten us with negative  feedback.
